RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you have any problems with sizing kindly please contact us at info@kalitalia.com before placing an order. All purchases made are subject to final sales and will not be applicable for returns & exchanges unless meeting the qualified criteria on the following guidelines:- damaged or defected products
Customers must contact customer services via info@kalitalia.com within 72-hours after receiving your order through the designated courier with a valid reason of return, with clear images and valid order & contact information. (applications are subject to approval to proceed)
Approved item(s) for returns or exchanges must remain in the same condition as received by the customer (ie: unwashed, unused and unworn). All packaging materials and tags must still remain intact. Any tampered tags, materials or condition of the item(s) found will result in the immediate cancellation of the prior approved returns or exchanges.
The returns & exchanges policy is only applicable for item(s) sold on www.kalitalia.com. The company realitytransurfing limited and brand reserves the right to reject return requests before and after the designated time period and the validity of the reason given, refunds are not applicable unless otherwise specified.
